"Always available and ready to help. I have never had a circumstance when I haven’t got straight through to someone in Lettings who could help. In the rare occasion someone is unavailable, call backs have taken place the same day. Ability to mediate/ take a balanced approach between Landlord & Tenant. I think Anker do a good job of understanding tenant needs, but knowing what is and isn’t appropriate to contact Landlords with. They encourage tenants to find solutions (within reason) to problems themselves before calling in third parties, or incurring unnecessary cost. They take a common sense approach and seem motivated to resolve things quickly and efficiently before they escalate. A very friendly and approachable Team. I’m probably one of your smallest Landlords- With a little bungalow as the only property in my portfolio. But they have all taken the time to know me, support me with any issues I’ve had, and everyone in the team knows my property. That gives me great confidence in the service I receive from a very experienced and professional Lettings Team. "
