Bob qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1990 and has subsequently worked in the residential country property market. During this time he has built up an extensive knowledge of the Uk property market, villages, schools and commute times.

Paul has worked in the property industry for over 20 years and of those 10 years in international sales selling property across Europe, America, the Middle East and Asia. More recently sharing his time between London and Mallorca, Paul has developed an intimate knowledge of the Balearics, one of Europe's most sought after locations.
