Following the recent COVID-19 virus outbreak we wish to reassure our clients that we are taking every precaution necessary to ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff and clients whilst continuing to operate normally as far as possible.
We are encouraging all staff members not to take unnecessary risks and therefore we are advising viewing staff to refrain from hand shaking, use hand sanitizers before and after appointments and asking them to make minimal contact with surfaces. We are monitoring government guidelines and taking advice from governing bodies in the industry. Our representatives will be wearing disposable gloves subject to supplies being available and we will ask prospective purchasers and tenants to refrain from touching surfaces where possible. If gloves are not available we will use anti-bacterial wipes on door handles before leaving subject to supplies being available.
If you or anyone you have been in contact with has any symptoms or becomes unwell ahead of our visit, we respectfully ask you to let us know immediately.
Our representatives will ask prospective purchasers and tenants to use our hand sanitizers prior to viewings to protect the occupants from unnecessary risk.
