Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The welfare of our Tenants, Landlords and Staff are of paramount importance to us and as such, we are following the latest travel, isolation and hygiene advice. 
Please see below the current measures we have taken to minimise the risk to our staff and clients.

Office closure – our office is now closed – if you do need to contact us, please either email us, leave a message on our answerphone or for emergency call 07867 336550.  Please be assured that emails and messages are being picked up, albeit there may be a delay in response.
No viewings – all scheduled viewings have been cancelled and will not be re-booked until such time the current Government advice changes
Maintenance – for any essential maintenance eg no heating, please call us on 07867 336550  -  for any other maintenance issues, these will be dealt with as soon as the current advice allows us to.  For any work required, it will be important to ensure that Public Health England guidelines, including maintaining a two metre distance from any household occupants, are followed to ensure everyone’s safety.  No work should be carried out in any household which is isolating or where an individual is being shielded, unless it is to remedy a direct risk to the safety of the household, such as emergency plumbing or repairs, and where the tradesperson is willing to do so.
Rent -  if you are having problems paying your rent, please do contact us in the first instance.  We would ask that you please do not just stop paying your rent.  Please check with your employer if they are applying for the job protection scheme.  If you are no longer employed, you will need to apply for assistance – please see the following link  Depending on your circumstances, you may also be eligible for other benefits via DWP or discretionary housing payments via the local authority. 
Accounts – for the moment, we are continuing with our normal accounting procedures although these may be subject to change.  Statements etc will continue to be sent out as per normal.
