Prospective Tenant Information
Reservation Deposit - To reserve a property, we require a deposit equivalent to one weeks rent whilst references are obtained. Please note if references are unacceptable due to mis-leading information, failure of Right to Rent checks or you decide not to proceed, this will be non-refundable. Should the Landlord decide not to proceed with the application this will be refunded.

Office Policy - It is our office policy to make no reservations for a property until we receive all completed application forms and reservation deposit.

Tenancy Deposit - A sum equal to five weeks' rent is required as a deposit to be held throughout the tenancy. (the reservation deposit is used as part payment towards this) Deposits are protected via The Dispute Service Ltd (our membership number is - G03046).

Rent - Rent is paid on a monthly basis, one month in advance by way of a Standing Order.

Other Outgoings - The rental figures quoted on all of our properties are exclusive of Council Tax, Water Rates and all Utility accounts unless specified otherwise. Our Landlords are responsible for buildings insurance cover however you will be responsible for all of your personal items and decisions as to whether to insure them or not.

Lost keys/security devices the cost of replacement chargeable to the tenant should loss occur
