Surveying a property

Robert Moore is the senior surveying partner and has been qualified for in excess of 25 years. Our surveying department is able to offer the following services:

  • Residential Building Surveys on period and larger modern properties.
  • Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ‘Homebuyer Report and Valuation’
  • Valuations for Probate, Matrimonial, Tax or other purposes
  • Schedules of condition in respect of private or commercial premises
  • The majority of our work is undertaken in the geographical area covering most of Oxfordshire and parts of Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and the Cotswolds.

Although an independent firm we also represent the North Oxfordshire arm of 'Allied Surveyors' carrying out many mortgage and other valuations for a large number of lenders.
